Love Dare Day 17 2024
Love Dare Day 17

To those who Jesus holds in high esteem as His Children, Ambassadors and friends -
Todays love dare is about protecting and cherishing your spouse in a way that lets them know that they can tell you anything, and you will give them a safe place to talk about what secrets hurts, areas they have fallen short, or thoughts that they have. This includes areas that they may have wounded you.
In a Godly marriage, we have a place to be truly honest and know that our spouse will pray with us, for us, and love us as we struggle. We also have a place where the grace of God can be extended to us ( and we can extend it to our spouse) when we fall short.
Be that safe place of grace for your spouse today.
Remember- Faith without works is dead. Don't just read todays dare. GO DO IT!
Love is a commitment and requires work, but it is worth it and brings ETERNAL gain.

Day 17: Love promotes intimacy
He who covers over an offense promotes love, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends.
—Proverbs 17:9 NIV
TODAY’S DARE
Determine to guard your mate’s secrets (unless they are dangerous to them or to you) and to pray for them. Talk with your spouse, and resolve to demonstrate love in spite of these issues. Really listen to them when they share personal thoughts and struggles with you. Make them feel safe.
